WHOSE IS IT?

Mysterious Boat Floating in Harbour STORES AND LINES ABOARD Filled with stores and fishing tackle a boat was picked up off the King’s Wharf this morning. There is no name on the small craft, nor is there any method of identifying her. The boat is a 15-footer, painted slate grey. There were two oars lying in the bottom among the stores and fishinglines. An investigation showed that the boat was evidently prepared for a fishing excursion. There were tins of fruit and tongue, condensed milk, potatoes and bread, fishing lines, hooks and a sugarbag in the bottom. It is believed that the small craft hav ® bee . n stolen and then left to unit on the tide. She was rescued bv Harbour Board officials and handed to the P° lic e, who are awaiting tbe owner.
