A theatrical event of great interest is to be expected in London shortly. It is the production of a new play by Basil Dean and Margaret Kennedy, of “Constant Nymph” fame.. called “Come With Me.” Basil Dean will be the producer and Edna Best the leading lady, so it is a case of “the mixture as before.” Miss Kennedy is now the wife of Mr. David Davis, an ex-secretary of Lord Oxford and a brilliant young barrister.
Isabel Wilford is maintaining her position in the limelight in London. Recently she appeared in “Square Crooks,” and received favourable notices in the newspapers. Gerald Bring and Winnington Barnes, here with Guy Bates Post, were also in the cast.
