CHOCOLATE RICE T J 4 os of rice and cook EE in five gills of boiling r r water to which a little salt has been added, until the rice is soft and the water absorbed. Put 3 02 of grated chocolate into a quart of milk, stir until boiling, 'add 2 02 of butter, the rice, sos of sugar and vanilla essence to flavour; turn the mixture into a piedish and bake for about 40 minutes in a moderate oven. Stir occasionally. Serve hot or cold.
