STEPS FOR ACCEPTANCE (United I*.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian Press Association.) Reed. 9.5 a.m. OTTAWA, Wednesday. Steps are being taken in Washington by the State Department to ensure the acceptance of Canadian currency in all centres of the United States. At present many places regard the Canadian dollar as of no more value than Russian paper.
