HELPING STUDENTS
PRESBYTERY INVESTIGATES Practical assistance for theological students was suggested at a meeting of the Auckland Presbytery yesterday, when the Moderator, the Rev. T. Halliday, presided. It was stated that 11 students at the Auckland University had become members of the Students’ Theological Association recently formed and all were preparing for the ministry. The Presbytery was asked to give all the assistance possible by way of lectures in speaking, and practical training. A small committee was set lip to go into the question.
