FAIR COMPETITION Reed. 9.30 a.m. LONDON', Tuesday. Tlie wool sales opened with competition brisk for fine crosbreds. Slipes were a shade easier and other sorts were little changed. Xew Zealand greasy crosbred were sold mostly to Home buyers at between lSd and 261 d. the latter for halfbred sS’s. There were frequent withdrawals of slipes, __
