CRASH INTO VAN

MOTOR-CYCLIST HURT POINT CHEVALIER ACCIDENT A motor-cyclist, Herbert Rose, aged 21, severely injured his head and fractured one wrist when his machine crashed into a motor-van near Point Chevalier Hall at 6.30 last evening. The motor-cycle was completely wrecked. The van was crossing the road from a shop owned by Mr. Shearer to a gart a & e on the other side when struck by the cycle with such force that one was shattered.
