JUDGE BEEBY’S WARNING HANDLING OF TIMBER Press Association. Reed. 12.5 p.m. MELBOURNE, To-day. Giving evidence before Judge Beeby in the Arbitration Court. Mr. Trevalyn Bland, of the Timber Discharging Company, produced figures showing that the handling of both American and Baltic timbers had fallen considerably, due to workers slowing down. Judge Beeby said that if it were proved that there was a. definite diminution of output the ultimate result would be a reduction in th p - rates of pa 3*.
