(United - P.A .— By Telegrapftr—Copyright) (Australian Press Association) LONDON, Saturday. A syndicate known as International Speedways, Limited, proposes to bring expert dirt track motor-cycle racers from Australia, under an agreement with the Greyhound Racing Association for the use of the association’s tracks in London and the provinces for dirt track motorcycle races. The association will take half the net profits, but the agreement avoids the threatened fights against the association for leases of its tracks throughout the country.
