APPOINTMENT FOR N.Z.
The Auckland secretary of the Associated Board of the Royal Academy of Music and The Royal College of Music, has been informed of the appointment of Mr. Russell E. Chester as examiner for practical work in New Zealand.
Mr. Chester is due to arrive in Auckland on July 16 and the practical examinations will commence in the vicinity of
