NEW COUNCIL ELECTED Press Association. MARTINBOROUGH, To-day. At the first. election of the newlyconstituted Martinborough Borough Council, held to-day, the following were elected; J. Franklin, W. F. Gundrie C R.Harme, W. J. Hore, W. J. Kitchir.g, J. G. Mahood, P. P. Plummre, C. T— F Skill. There were 16 candidates. Mr. "W. B. Martin was returned as Mayor unopposed.
