STOLEN CAR
TAKEN IN BROAD DAYLIGHT A new Buick motor-car was stolen in broad daylight yesterday from outside the City Markets, near the Government Oyster Depot. The car is the property of Mr. W. F. McCallum. of 11 Chester Street, Mount Eden. He left his car outside the markets at about 3 o’clock, but when he came back at 5 o’clock it had disappeared. The car is a five-seater, bearing the number 4360. There was no trace of the car at a late hour to-day.
