£IO,OOO CONTRACT LET WORKING DAY AND NIGHT Press Association. DUNEDIN, Tuesday. Messrs. Stevenson and Cook, of Port Chalmers, have secured a contract for repairs to the whaler C. A Larsen, at £. 10,000. Most of the work will be temporary only, the permanent part being the repair of the holes at the bow. The work to be done by Messrs. Stevenson and Cook will be completed in three weeks, and 150 men will work day and night shifts. The vesesl will then g" to Norway for permanent repairs.
