STORM IN DUNEDIN
BOATING CLUB DESTROYED £l,lOO DAMAGE DONE Press Association. DUNEDIN, Tuesday. A north-easterly gale attained hurricane force last night, and was accompanied by heavy rain. The wind abated this morning but rain continues. The North End Boating Club’s shed was lifted from its piles and blown down, the racing plant of 15 boats being destroyed. The damage is £l.lOO. of which the boats represent £7OO.
