OTAGO CANDIDATES MR. HORN TO STAND Press Association. DUNEDIN, To-day. Mr. James Horn, M.P. for W&katxpu, has announced that he will contest that seat on behalf of the United Political Party. Mr. W. Wright, ex-president of the Otago Motor Club, will be a United Party candidate for a city electorate. Contrary to the statement telegraphed yesterday, Mr. T. K. Sirtey has not yet decided whether he will be a candidate at the next election.
