A t the Sydney wool sales to-day the bulk of the offerings comprising crutchings, for which there was good general competition at the rates current at the last series. Crossbreds and scoured wools also met with firm demand- All good descriptions of Seece wools and skirting realised March closing rates, but for faulty or mixed lots irregular competition ruled. Greasy Merino sold to 2Sd; comebacks to 27|d; and crossbreds to 27fd.
