OLD MAN RUN DOWN
BOTH LEGS BROKEN Press Association. PALMERSTON N., To-day. While walking between Karere and Palmerston North on Saturday evening, Mr. W. Missen, aged 70, was knocked down by a car and run over. Both his legs were broken and he also received severe abrasions and scalp wounds. He was admitted to hospital suffering severely both from his injuries and shook.
