A number of ladies were amused in a leading grocery establishment in Wellington the other afternoon wher a gentleman, well-known in the Bnpire City, walked into the shop. Just as he reached the door he was seized, with a violent lit of coughing. Before he could get to the counter, one of the assistants called out to thother, “Baxter's this time.
