SUNDAY PERFORMANCES The exceedingly fine programme to be played by the Municipal Band in the Zoological Park on Sunday afternoon includes in addition to marches a pd hymn tunes the overture “Martha,’ Irish tune from County Derry and “Shepherd's Hey,” selections “Class*ca” and “Mefistofele,” three Woodland Dances, “Le Reveil du Lion” and the Orientale “Kismet.” In the evening a musical recital will U© given in the Town Hall at 8.30 o’clock, when the programme will include the Dead March in “Saul.” “Zampa” overture, variations, "The Harmonious Blacksmith,” “Amorettan Tanz” waltz, Handel’s Largo, a new march, “Viva Auckland,” specially composed for the band, and a selection. “Reminiscences of Sullivan.”
