TRIP TO CAPETOWN FORCED DESCENT MADE British Official Wireless RUGBY, Thursday. Lady Bailey, who is making s' solo flight to Capetown, is experieacing difficulties. She arrived at Bulawayo yesterday from Livingstone, having made tVis stage despite an attack of influenraa. She said she had had a troubltesome flight, owing to a strong wind. To-day she was due at Johannesburg, but did not arrive. Some an-1 xiety was felt, but later Lady Bailey was reported to be safe. A shortage of petrol and oil had caused a forced descent in the Northern Transvaal.
