POISONED BY GAS
WOMAN’S SUICIDE Mrs. Lena Eliza Lindsay, aged 52, was found dead on Wednesday at her home, Seacliff Avenue, Belmont, Bevonport, with a sheet over her head and a gas tube in her mouth. At an inquest held yesterday, Mrs. Lindsay’s daughter said that her mother suffered from a nervous breakdown in January, but it was thought that she had recovered. A verdict of suicide was returned.
