FIRE AT TAKAPUNA
Fire severely damaged an unoccupied seven-roomed house in Anzac Street, Takapuna, shortly after four o’clock this morning. There was a good pressure of water and the Takapuna Brigade soon had the outbreak under control. Damage was confined to the centre of the building, where the fire started. The house is owned by Mr. F. Pullen, solicitor.
