(From Our Own. Correspondent) KAIKOHE, Tuesday. The club championships are drawing to a close. In the women’s singles final Mrs. A. J. Edwards beat Miss Huggins, s—l,5 —1, 6 —l. For the men’s doubles, in the semi-finals, Dickeson and Guy beat Patience and Urlich, 6—l, 5—6, 6—2; Smith and Bean beat Wright and Scott, 6—5, 6—o. In the final Smith and Bean beat Dickeson and Guy, 6 —o, 6—2. In the mixed doubles, Mr. and Mrs. Alcock won by default from Howes and Miss Smith, and will meet Urlich and Miss Black in the final.
