PRINCE EDWARD

“THE WIZARD” “The Wizard,” starring Edmund Lowe, is being shown at the Prince Edward Theatre to-night. “The Wizard” is based on the sensational French Gaston Leroux, and is the story of an eccentric scientist, who humanises an ape to do his bidding and to revenge him for fancied wrongs. Thrills, mystery suspense and a fine love interest holds the audience every moment during the showing of the picture, while the comedy relied furnished by the two darkies in the role of house servants brings much laughter which relieves the tension of the more sombre moments of this picture.
