ZOUBKOFF ARRESTED
HUSBAND OF PRINCESS PASSPORT OUT OF ORDER (United P. A.—By Telegraph — Copyright.) (Australian Press Association) Reed. 9.5 a.m. BRUSSELS, Monday. Alexander Zoubkoff, husband of Princess Victoria of Schaumburg-Lippe, has been arrested at Arlon, near the Luxemburg frontier, and charged that his passport is out of order.
A Brussels cablegram of April 8 read as follows: Zoubkoff, the husband of the exKaiser’s sister, Princess Victoria, who was expelled from Germany, has gone to Luxemburg, and has arranged to meet the Princess at Tulje, on the Belgian frontier, in a week. The Princess says she is In complete agreement with him, and has written to the Grand Duchess of Luxemburg for permission to stay with her husband in Luxemburg for a time.
