A COMPLETE BURGLAR
GELIGNITE AND JEMMY TIRED OF CRIMINAL LIFE “I'm tired of leading a criminal life—l want to make a fresh start," said Frank Henry Guhl, aged 30, at the Police Court yesterday. Guhl pleaded guilty to seven charges of breaking and entering suburban shops and eight charges of obtaining £7O by false pretences. % Detective-Sergeant McHugh, who searched accused’s room in Ponsonby, said he found a complete set of burglar’s tools, gelignite, fuse, caps and rubber gloves. “After arrest, Guhl gave every assistance in clearing up the charges against him,” said Mr. McHugh. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
