“PEOPLE BENEATH CONTEMPT’ (Australian Press Association) LONDON. Thursday. The appeal of Mrs. Bradley Dyntagainst the judgment given in the action brought against her by Ironmonger and Company was to-day dismissed. Mrs. Bradley Dyne was defendant In an action on February 1 in which the plaintiffs. Ironmonger and Compan; . bankers, of London, were awarded damages of £SB,39S on a claim in respect of foreign currency transactions, chiefly In francs. Three Foreign officials, who also engaged in speculation, were concerned with Mrs. Dyne, and were I severely dealt with, after an inquiry ii. their conduct had been held by the Foreign Office.
