“BEAU SABREUR”

That was proven as a fact when Paramount studio officials went over the records of the meals served to 1.500 persons who were engaged in the making of “Beau Sabreur” in the location camp near Guadalupe, California, 200 miles from Hollywood. The company was there for 21 days, and during that time 96,000 meals were consumed. There were three meals a day for everyone, and the menus were well varied. Five kinds of breakfast foods, eggs served in any style or shape, bacon, ham, ’coffee, toast and preserves made up jfche breakfasts. For the evening meaythe company had its choice of threa. Jfmds of soups, two different salads, eight meats, five vegetables and two desserts, besides the usual coffee, milk, tea or iced tea. Luncheon was, of course, lighter, the menus containing two soups, three cold and two warm meats, besides plenty of fruit.
