GIRL’S BODY FOUND

MOTHER PLACED UNDER OBSERVATION

(United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) Reed. 12.5 a.m. MELBOURNE, To-day. The body of Gladys Wilson, aged 13, was found at the bottom of a well at her home at Vesper, near Warragul. The child was clad in a nightgown and it is alleged that she was taken out of bed at midnight by an adult and thrown into the well and drowned. The child’s mother has been removed to hospital for observationSeveral years ago another of Mrs. Wilson’s children was drowned in the same well.
