Y.W.C.A. NEWS

MEMBERSHIP MEETING Yesterday afternoon the monthly membership meeting of the Young Women’s Christian Association was held in the assembly hall, Airs. Todd Smith presiding. During the afternoon some delightful songs and pianoforte solos were contributed by Airs. Kersey, and at afternoon tea the Girl Citizens waited upon the members. Following tea, Aliss Jean Begg, the general secretary, welcomed the new members, of whom there were about 30. and explained the purpose and aims of the association. ■
