REMITS FORWARDED “That the federation secure the services of an expert in local market distribution and organisation to advise and assist growers’ organisations” was the most important remit forAvarded for discussion at the annual meeting of the fruitgrowers’ council this afternoon. It was also suggested that the council set up a committee to go into the question of finance for orchardists singly or in groups, with power to act, and place the matter through the executive before Cabinet.
