The man who was arrested at Como in connection with the bomb outrage in Milan is Romolo Tranquilli, aged 24. His nervous manner excited the suspicion of an hotelkeeper who informed the police. Thereupon the man jumped from a window and escaped. Later he tried to purchase some clothes from a peasant in order to change his attire, but the police were on his track and captured him. They found Communist papers in his pocket. He was taken to Milan for identification.
