The yearling sales have concluded. During the series 520 lots were sold and realised 130,590 guineas, an average of 2511 guineas. On account of Mr. Ernest Alison (Auckland), a Tea Tray—Florita colt realised 280 guineas; on account of Mr. lan Duncan (Elderslie Stud), a Paper Money—Lady Jean 11. colt went fox--130 guineas. F. D. Jones (trainer of Limerick) purchased a Treclare —Bhanavar filly for 110 guineas.
