MR, PRATTEN’S MISSION NEW ZEALAND UNCONVINCED (United P. A.—By Telegraph — Copyright.) Reed. 10.10 a.m. CANBERRA. To-day. The Federal Minister of Customs, Mr. H. E. Pratten, submits to the Cabinet to-morrow the report on his recent visit to New Zealand, to enable him to negotiate a new trade treaty with the Dominion. In the report he will state that he was unable to induce the New Zealand Government, to agree to any change in regard to the importation of butter.
