DYNAMITE UNDER FLOOR

POLICE-STATION WRECKED (United P. A.—By Telegraph — Copyright.) Reed. 10.45 a.m. BRISBANE, To-day. The police station at Pentland, near Townsville, was wrecked by an explosion believed to have been caused by dynamite, which was placed under the flooring boards. A police constable and his family, who were sleeping on the premises, had a miraculous escape from death. The motive is a mystery.
