FELL FROM ROOF
MAN BADLY HURT Joseph Owens fractured the base of his skull through falling from a roof about eleven o’clock this morning. His condition is serious. THE injured man. who is married, 48 A years old, and lives in Troonville Avenue, Edendale, was helping a friend to paint the roof of his house at IS Pleasant Street, Onehunga. He fell on to a concrete path. The St. John Ambulance rushed him to the Auckland Hospital.
