FOUR DASHED TO DEATH
SHOCKING MOTOR CRASH IN SCOTLAND HOLIDAY ACCIDENTS By Cable. —Press Association. — Copyright. LONDON, Monday. The main roads in Britain were crowded with holiday motor traffic today and there were numerous fatalities. These included a shocking accident at Bowling, Dumbartonshire, Scotland. A three-wheeled motor-car was smashed in a collision with a motorbus and a man, a woman and two eight-months-old babies w’ere killed. The driver of the three-wheeled car attempted to cross in front of the bus. Pie was pinned to his seat and killed instantaneously. Five other people -were pitched on to the road. The -woman and babies who -were clasped in her arms -were killed. —A. and N.Z. TEN DEATHS IN AUSTRALIA SYDNEY, Monday. Numerous motoring accidents occurred in the Easter holidays, resulting in two deaths in the country. Many other people were injured. In Victoria eight people were killed and 28 were injured, chiefly in motor collisions and capsizes.—A. and N.Z.
