FAIR EXCHANGE
SALVATION ARMY OFFICERS AUSTRALIA AND N.Z. Certain Australian officers of the Salvation Army will exchange positions with New Zealanders as a result of Commissioner Hay’s visit to the Commonwealth. The Commissioner and Mrs. Hay returned to Auckland yesterday by the Aorangi, and left for Wellington by last evening’s express. Twentj r staff and social officers will be transferred in June. The exchange will be for a period of seven years, though no difficulties will be placed in the way of officers who wish to stay longer. “The object is to obtain the benefit of new ideas in evangelical work,” says the Commissioner.
