Reid, Remuera. Mr. and Mrs. Ivirk, of Auckland, have gone to Rotorua for some months. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Baker, of Hamilton, are paying a visit to Auckland. * * * The Misses Carlick, of Remuera, have left town for a motoring holiday*. * * * Mrs. Clabburn and her daughter, of Wellington, are visitors to Auckland. Mrs. Durham Russell, of Tolaga Ray, Gisborne, is spending a holiday in Auckland. Mrs. A. Banficld, of Wellington, is visiting Auckland, and is staying at Glenalvon. * * * Mrs.- and Miss Broadley are spending the Easter holidays at Grand View, Cheltenham. * * * Mrs. Birmingham, of Honolulu, is the guest of Mrs. A. M. Ferguson. Victoria Avenue. * * * Mr. F. Gamier and Maidame Garnier will leave for Sydney by the Alaunganui on Friday. Miss de Malmanche arrived in Auckland to-day by the Maunganui after visiting Sydney. * * * Mrs. T. H. Lowry, of Hawke’s Bay, is visiting Auckland and is staying at the Grand Hotel. * * * Mr. and Mrs. R. S. Ellis, of Auckland, are in Rotorua and are staying at Waiwera House. * * * Mrs. Eavestaff, of Auckland, is visiting Wellington, where she is staying with her sister, Mrs. Usher. * * * Mrs. H. Clift, of the Solomon Islands, and her children are visiting Auckland, and are staying at Glenalvon. Mrs. H. Bayly is an Auckland visitor to Wanganui, where she is staying with her daughter, Mrs. F. Turnbull. * * * Mrs. and the Misses Hampton, of Palmerston North, are visiting Auckland and are staying at Royal Court.
Miss M. Tremewan, who has spent three months in Sydney, arrived back in Auckland by the Maunganui this morning.
Miss J. Mackie, of Sydney, was a passenger by the Maunganui this morning. Miss Mackie is on a visit to her parents in Atickland. * * * Miss Haddick, of Scotland, is among the guests staying at Braeburn. She will leave by the Aorangi to-morrow, on her return to Scotland. * * * ■ Mrs. Boys, mother of Sir Francis Boys, is staj'ing at the Grand Hotel with her son. She will leave for England next Sunday by the, Port Nepier.
