(From Our Own Correspondent) WARKWORTH, Saturday. The Warkworth Athletic Club’s sports were held to-day in glorious weather. It was the finest gathering of athletes ever assembled north of Auckland, and there was a record crowd, estimated at 1,500. The cycling and chopping events created immense interest.
