Bond. 2 Valiev Eoad, Mount Eden, and Arthur Gordon eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Elliott! Redmount, Papakura. The engagement is announced between Lieutenant-Commander G. O. C. Davies, R.N., eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Davies, of The Barn, Carrickfergns, Northern Ireland, and Margaret Vidal (Peggie), only child of the late E. V.
