Mollison, gave his connections a scare a fortnight ago. After having returned from early morning exercise, he seemed in normal condition, but suddenly was affected with internal pains, and became quite lame. Later in the day he shook it off, and at the track was again quite normal, and worked satisfactorily. There has been no recurrence of the trouble. Mollison has not begun to show his paces at Randwick yet. and watchers are eagerly awaiting his speeding up in order to see how he takes to righthanded galloping.
