ROBBED OF BOOTS
UNLUCKY SLEEPER IN DOMAIN When Te Taikato, a Maori, had a sleep in the Domain yesterday, his boots were stolen from him. AT the Police Court to-day, WilM liam Sterling, aged 65, pleaded not guilty to a charge of stealing a pair of boots valued at 4s. Kaitako said he had gone to the Domain for a sleep and taken his boots, off. Later, he saw accused with j them. Sterling was sentenced to It days’ imprisonment.
