ARBITRATION COURT

WELCOME TO MR. BOOTH Press Association. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. I Mr. G. T. Booth, who was recency elected to represent the employers on the Arbitration Court, was welcomed before the Court commenced business to-day. Speaking on behalf of the employers, Mr. B. L. Hammond said Mr. Booth possessed the confidence of the employers generally, from one end of New Zealand to the other. They felt convinced he would uphold the prestige of the Court in the same way as Mr. Scott had done, and he wished him a long and happy tenure of office.
