SOLICITOR SUSPENDED
SECOND IN A WEEK An order for suspension from practice of Archibald Lyon Denniston, barrister and solicitor, of Auckland, was in the Supreme Court this morning by Mr. Justice Blair, on the motion Mr. E. C. Blomfield, representing the Auckland Law Society. The order will remain until the decision of the Court of Appeal. , This makes the second suspension an Auckland solicitor within a *eek.
