CONSPIRACY CHARGE FOLLOWS TWO MEN IN COURT Press Association. WELLINGTON, Monday. In the Police Court Donald Gillies and John George Furey were remanded to appear on April IS on a charge of conspiracy to defraud tlie National Insurance Company of £9O, by insuring a second-hand motor-car and causing it to be destroyed by fire. Furey was allowed bail, but an application on behalf of Gillies was refused at the request of the police.
