TRAIL OF MISDEEDS

BROTHERS AGAIN ESCAPE HIDING IN THE SCRUB Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. Two youths, brothers, who recently made their escape from a Christchurch institution, but who were captured after they had made themselves notorious by their unlawful deeds, again decamped early on Tuesday last with a companion. Once again they are alleged to have left a trail of misdeeds as they made their way northwards, still having Nelson as their objective. They are already reported to have stolen two I bicycles, a horse and gig, food and clothing, as well as to have burgled two houses. Now they are said to be hiding in the scrub near Culverden.
