MINIATURES IN PARIS SALON Very pleasing recognition of her artistic talents has been gained by Lady Boys, wife of Sir Francis Boys, of Christchurch, for news has just been received of the acceptance of two of her miniatures by the Paris Salon. Lady Boys received the greater part of her training at the Canterbury College School of Arts, where she studied for the live years prior to her trip abroad. For the past two winters she has studied in Paris under Madame Bastide, gold medallist in oil, watercolour, and miniature painting. '-he pleasant news of her success will be received with great interest by her friends in New Zealand.
