BAIL ABSCONDER
YOUTH CAUGHT IN CHRISTCHURCH A BORROWED CAR Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. That Roland William Morrison, aged 16, had absconded from bail while awaiting a Supreme Court sitting at Nelson, and had come to Christchurch and converted a motor-car to his own use, statements made by the chief detective in the Magistrate's Court.
Morrison was charged that on Thursday he converted to his own use a motor-car valued at £lB5. He was remanded in custody until Thursday.
