In the early stages the pace was slow, Jocelyn and Don Moon alternatively acting as pilots. Limerick, well ridden by
McCarten, waited till the field turned for home, when he went to the front, winning with the greatest ease by two lengths from Don Moon, who beat Rionscup by a length and a-quarter. Time, 2.10. Limerick developed distinct soreness after yesterday’s gallop.
